The Hanni family emigrated fromGermany to South Africa in 1965 and Eberard Hanni and his two sons, with a deep love for leather, set up Hanni & Sons which has become the largest and most modern tannery in South Africa.

Hannitan Leather cc was established in 1997, and today they have a beautiful selection of leather handbags. The handbags are individually cut by hand and assembled using traditional techniques. All woven leathers, handcrafted flowers, patterns etc are done by hand ensuring quality and authenticity.

Their range doesn’t end with handbags….. they also have a range of other leather products like leather cushions and leather placemats.
